CheckPoint makes the world’s most reliable chemical injection pumps and
packages. On our custom and standard packages, existing filters and Y-strainers
simply did not measure up to our standards, so we designed our own. The
ST Filter is the only chemical filter good enough to bear the CheckPoint name.
- CHEMICALLY INERT POROUS PTFE ELEMENT
- MINIMUM PRESSURE DROP
- CHOICE OF HOUSING MATERIALS
- EASY TO DISASSEMBLE
- LOW CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT
- VERY LARGE WETTED SURFACE AREA

CHEMICALLY INERT FILTER ELEMENT
The ST Chemical Filter utilizes a porous virgin PTFE (Teflon®) filter element, which is chemically inert.
This truly is the only no-compromise chemical filter element, offering maximum compatibility at minimum
cost. No other company offers a chemically inert filter element.
OVERSIZED SURFACE AREA

The element in our ST Chemical Filter is very large relative to
connection size. This maximizes the time between filter element
changes and minimizes pressure drop through the filter. The surface
area of our 1/2" filter element has over four times the surface
area of the industry standard 1/2" Y-strainer, and the 1" filter
element is over 6 times the surface area of a 1" Y-strainer.
This also allows us to utilize a small element porosity of just 40
microns, while achieving excellent Cv ratings.
UNIQUE DESIGN
The CheckPoint ST Filter is made to be easier to install and
easier to service. The simple flow-through design minimizes
pressure drop while allowing the basket to drop out without
spillage for maintenance. It can be installed with close clearance
yet still disassembled easily without tools in most cases.
