Extreme Chemical Resistance
Borosilicate (Pyrex) and 316LSS wetted materials and inert seals. Clear PVC (UV stabilized)
shield for protection from breakage will not yellow or crack with exposure to more chemicals than
most other shield materials.
Unique Design
The CheckRate GS Series utilizes a unique internal tensioning bar and seal system that minimizes
forces on the glass and assures zero leakage in service. They are extremely easy to read
due to the highly visible decal, which is then fully protected from the elements by the shield.
Unmatched Accuracy
Unlike other calibration gauges, CheckPoint gauge glass is mandrel-formed and therefore its
internal diameter is accurate to within less than 1/1000 of an inch. Therefore, accuracy of the gauge
readings are assured. Normal glass gauges can vary substantially, leading to inadvertent under or
over-dosing by as much as 8 - 10%.
