CheckPoint makes the world’s most reliable chemical injection pumps and packages.
On our custom and standard packages, existing calibration gauges simply did not measure
up to our standards, so we designed our own. The GS Series is the only calibration
gauge accurate and durable enough to bear our name.
- ULTRA-HIGH ACCURACY
- +/- 0.1% or better
- Up to 1,000 times more accurate than less expensive gauges
- Saves up to 10% of chemical costs each year
- MAX CHEMICAL COMPATIBILITY
- 316L SS & Pyrex® wetted materials
- FFKM seals (chemically impervious)
- PVC shield (UV stabilized)
- ZERO LEAKAGE
- Unique “Tension Bar” design
- Prevents seal “cold-flow”
- Handles wide temperature variations

UNMATCHED ACCURACY = MINIMUM CHEMICAL WASTE
The GS Series Calibration Gauge uses mandrel-formed glass, so its internal diameter is
accurate to within 1/1,000th of an inch (0.025 mm) translating to volumetric accuracy
exceeding +/- 0.1%. Other gauges use cheaper extruded tubing, which can lead to volumetric
uncertainty approaching 10%. With the cost of chemicals today, it makes little sense to
scrimp on the gauge and waste up to 10% of your valuable chemicals every day, or to
under-inject and compromise the effectiveness of your chemical program.
UNIQUE “TENSION BAR” DESIGN
The CheckRate GS Series utilizes a unique internal tensioning bar and seal system that
minimizes forces on the glass and assures zero leakage in service. The gauge is extremely easy to read
due to the unique, highly visible decal, which is fully protected from the elements by the shield. The additional
benefit of the tension bar and internal o-ring design is that it will withstand extreme temperature
variations without leakage.
EXTREME CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
Borosilicate glass (Pyrex®) and 316L SS wetted components sealed with fully fluorinated elastomeric
o-rings that will not “cold flow” and leak. A clear PVC shield adds tough, chemically-resistant, UV-stabilized
protection for the glass. It will not crack or yellow under most circumstances, including harsh offshore
conditions. Most other gauges opt for cheaper polycarbonate or other clear plastics that look great when
new but become practically unusable in the field once the sun and the chemicals touch them.
