CheckPoint's exchange program offers world class service on any of our pneumatic or selected electric pumps. Minimize your downtime and labor by swapping out a rebuilt pump rather than having to troubleshoot, order parts, uninstall, repair, and reinstall your pump. Eliminate the guesswork, and be back in service right away, at a cost that makes your decision easy.

For convenient, scheduled maintenance or if your CheckPoint pump begins to malfunction, simply call Checkpoint or an authorized distributor with the pump's serial number and we'll send out a fully rebuilt and tested replacement pump, usually on the same day. When received, simply swap out the pumps and return the original pump to CheckPoint within two weeks. Once we receive your unit, we will test and rebuild it for our exchange stock.

You keep the rebuilt pump. We keep the returned unit. The charges are fixed, so maintenance costs are predictable.

Every exchange pump will perform as a new pump. No energy wasted figuring out what parts to order, waiting for them to arrive, or performing the repair. No chance of misdiagnosing the problem or putting a pump back in service that will experience a different problem next month.

We perform all service work necessary to return the unit to "as new" operating condition, therefore all units we send out come with a one year warranty.

For customers with a large population of CheckPoint pumps, our Consignment Exchange Program (CEP) is now available. This program is a revolutionary approach to minimizing pump downtime. In a CEP, you will be consigned, at no charge, an appropriate stock of rebuilt exchange pumps to be inventoried on site. As and when pumps go down they are replaced in the field by the consigned exchange pumps. Once a certain quantity of consignment pumps have been used, the non-working pumps are sent back to CheckPoint, at our cost, in a specially-designed crate. CheckPoint immediately replaces these pumps with fresh exchange pumps from our inventory, and a set price per exchange is charged.
